Bake Liners : Baking perfectly using this kitchen tool

Bake liner is a reusable non-stick plastic that is heat-resistant, use for lining all sizes and shapes of baking pans and cookie sheets for use when baking in an oven. It is safe to use even for toaster and microwave ovens but not for ovens that are directly-fired.

Bake liner is made of non stick 100% FDA-approved food-grade silicone mat. It can be cut to fit conventional ovens, toaster ovens, and microwave ovens and can withstand oven temperatures of up to 500°F. It can be reused many times as long as it is wiped clean and dry. A cake pan does not need greasing with the use of bake liner, like cupcake liner, and it allows easy clean-up for both the baking pan and the liner. It is also utilized as a work surface or pastry board for kneading dough or mixing pastry ingredients. These liners do not absorb off-odors and flavors making it safe for reuse.

Other types of baking liners are made of nonstick silicone and fiberglass and used as baking mat, replacing the use of the traditional parchment or wax paper. These are oven safe and can withstand oven temperatures of up to 480°F, and used simply by laying it into a baking pan or cookie sheet, place the food on it for baking, even without greasing, and put the pan inside the oven. As soon as the product is baked, it easily slides right off from the pan with a spatula. These are eco-friendly kitchen aids since they can be used from 2,000 to 3,000 times, depending on how it is used and cleaned.

It is easily wiped with hot water with soap, laid flat and hung to dry. It is easily stored flat in a drawer or rolled and secured with the use of a clean rubber band. The smallest of these baking sheets measure 81/4 by 11 3/4 inches, which is perfect for use in an oven toaster or in small batches when used in a conventional oven; and is also safe to use in the freezer.

For ease in baking without the cumbersome process of greasing and oiling baking pans, saving time and money, baking liners are used to minimize food particles from sticking into the pans making it easy to wash and clean.
